Terms of use

You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of the child you set up. The account is yours, not your child’s. Children do not get their own logins — they use a device you have paired.

Jugnu is built for children aged 3 to 12. We will decline, and refund, outside that range.

Jugnu is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic or therapeutic service, and it is not a substitute for one. Reports describe behaviour we observed in conversation. They do not diagnose, and they must not be used as if they did. If anything concerns you, speak to a paediatrician or a qualified child mental-health professional.

Jugnu is also not a supervision or safety service. It does not replace a present, attentive adult.

To screen every message for harm and tell you promptly if something serious comes up. To keep your child’s data private on the terms in our Privacy Policy. To deliver the reports you paid for, or refund you. To never let your child’s friend claim to be human, keep secrets from you, or push anything at your child.

Set the account up honestly, keep your parent PIN away from your child, and do not share your login. Tell us if your child’s circumstances change in a way that affects what their friend should discuss. Use the service for your own family — not to resell, not to scrape, and not to test how far a safety system can be pushed.

This is built on language models. They can be wrong, they can misunderstand a child, and no safety layer catches everything. We have built several layers, we monitor them, and we will tell you when something slips rather than hide it. Please read the reports as one input among many — you know your child, and we do not.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. A tax invoice is issued for every payment and is available in your dashboard. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refunds policy.

You can cancel or delete everything at any time, without explaining. We may suspend an account for non-payment or genuine misuse, and if we do, we will tell you why and let you export your data first.
